PVC edge banding extruder

3. The PVC edgeband Extrusion Line is used for extruding PVC edgeband. The edgeband in the form of roll has its thickness of 0.5-4.0 mm and width of 5-300mm depending on the requirments. Its length is not limited. This product is featured by its good banding effect, easy operation and high utilization rate, therefore it is applicable to mechanical banding of solid furniture, composite doors and WPC doors.

Remark: Based on our experience,PVC edge banding can be extruded both by singe screw and twin screw extruder.If your capacity is big , then we suggest twin screw extruder, however, if you have no much experience , so we suggest you singe screw extruder.
Remark: This picture shows the running mould of edge banding extrusion, if you size is no big, so we suggest double-product for one mould,if the size is big.
